Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, and insured. We carry general liability insurance up to $5,000,000,and workers’ compensation coverage. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Will I need to move out during renovation?
For most projects, you can remain in your home. We section off work areas and maintain livable conditions. Full home renovations or extensive kitchen/bathroom work may require temporary relocation.
What are your working hours?
Our standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We respect your privacy and neighborhood noise ordinances.
What happens during the initial consultation?
During the free consultation, we:

Do you handle permits?
Yes, we obtain all necessary permits and schedule required inspections. Permit costs are included in your estimate as a separate line item.
