IOS RENOVATIONS wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born on job sites across Ottawa. Our founder, Vadim, started in this industry young, learning the tools of the trade and developing a deep respect for the craft. By age 25, he was an experienced professional who grew frustrated working within a system that often prioritized speed over quality. He saw a need for a company that put clients first, and so he built one from the ground up, right here in Ottawa.
Life, however, often has its own plans. A decade later, at age 35, Vadim made the difficult decision to move to Montreal to support his family through challenging times. Though he had to step away from the business he created, he never stepped away from his passion, continuing to hone his skills in the construction industry there.
A true turning point came when, at 40, Vadim met Svetlana. In her, he found someone who not only understood his passion for craftsmanship but supported his vision one hundred percent. Together, they shared a dream of building something special. With her unwavering encouragement, they decided to return to the city where it all began, Ottawa.
Today, Vadim and Svetlana are back home in Ottawa, proudly running IOS RENOVATIONS together as a full-service renovation, construction, and design firm. Fueled by a powerful partnership and a renewed purpose, they are more committed than ever to the original mission: offering a seamless client experience defined by transparent communication, meticulous quality, and results that turn a house into a home.
